2. Include your name, date of birth, and current city/state.
 
 
3. Add your personal petition—simple and specific. Here’s an example:
“I desire that all blocks to my success are removed and that new, positive opportunities flow to me easily and freely, at no harm to anyone.”
 
 
Please try to find the note sections or ask for help. If you search our Facebook group there are numerous posts with pictures on how to add a note. It is much easier for us to use your notes instead of an email.
