Congratulations on your purchase and for taking the first steps towards controlling your destiny! Please find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions here:

1. BOOKING SERVICES: Please know that Vivian Lorem is booked about 4 weeks from the time of your order BUT divine timing is at play. While this may seem like a long time, it will happen exactly when it is meant to. Also, when you place the order and put your intention into the universe, it IS possible that whatever it is you are wanting will start to manifest. When you place your order, please send all information to support@thewickedwickcompany.com. This includes names/pictures/birthdates and the backstory about what's going on. You will be contacted when your ritual begins, when it ends and a video will be sent. Karl Blackthorn takes clients on a case by case basis and can also be reached through that email. He will perform custom spells, and other work depending on your situation. If you have questions, please feel free to send those in via chat or email, and we will return those messages as soon as we can.

2. CANDLES: These are NOT just spelled, or intention candles. They are handmade by Karl Blackthorn and dressed with the correct oils and herbs during that process. After, the candles are spelled by both Vivian Lorem and Karl Blackthorn and from there, they go through a ritual with Karl Blackthorn to attach the appropriate spiritual attachments and angels making these the most powerful alchemy candles on the market. When you receive your candle, it may already be working just in your presence because they will be spelled to carry out the intention of who is in possession of it, and when you light it and recite your chant over the candle, that power only increases.

3. Chants: Please visit our chant example page on the website, or join us in the Facebook group dedicated to our products. (The Wicked Wick Candle Forum).

4. Shipping: We appreciate your patience with shipping times. Please know that your candle is hand made and we do our best to ship them within two weeks of your order although longer shipping times may be necessary. Remember, divine timing is at work. Candles are packaged carefully, but they may shift in transit. You may need to burn some of the oil off of the wick before beginning your spell. If the wick will not stay lit, make sure you ground yourself and try again.
